Partnership & Growth Manager Position
As the Partnerships and Growth Manager, you’ll work closely with the founders (ex-Harvard, ex-Oxford, ex-McKinsey) to scale Lumiere’s partnerships internationally. This position is best suited for an ambitious, fast-moving, education-focused leader. We are looking for candidates who are warm, personable, and enjoy building relationships with people. You would be expected to articulate our vision, strategy, product and goals to potential partners. In this role, you will identify, meet, negotiate, and build relationships with educational organizations.​​
Roles & Responsibilities:

Identify and form relationships with educational institutions

Represent Lumiere at partner events, conferences, and meetings

Work with team members to identify new growth strategies (e.g., school partnerships) and implement them

Negotiate, and build relationships with educational organizations (e.g., schools, non-profits, and private educational organizations).

You’re the ideal candidate if you have:

Bachelor’s Experience in growth, partnerships or sales

High EQ and ability to build trusting relationships

Excellent written and oral English communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Outcome-driven and willing to hustle

(A Plus) Experience working in US higher education and/or experience doing research (e.g., during a PhD program, masters program, etc.)
