Ladder Internships is a selective start-up internship program for ambitious high school students! In the program, you work with a high-growth start-up on an internship. Start-ups that offer internships range across a variety of industries, from tech/deep tech and AI/ML to health tech, marketing, journalism, consulting, and more. You can explore all the options here on their application form. Ladder’s start-ups are high-growth companies on average raising over a million dollars. In the program, interns work closely with their managers and a Ladder Coach on real-world projects and present their work to the company. The virtual internship is usually 8 weeks long.
Cost: $5,000 stipend toward college tuition, paid in $1,250 annual installments

You can choose from 10 different teams, including Marketing, Business and Development, and Student Ambassadors, to focus on projects that align with your interests. The organization is focused on creating a comprehensive database of free and valuable resources for students, including opportunities, internships, scholarships, contests, and educational programs. Each team focuses on a specific need within Building-U, working to develop content and initiatives that engage, inform, and support high school students effectively. This three-month virtual internship provides an opportunity to develop marketing skills, collaborate with a remote team, and contribute to meaningful projects that support high school students worldwide.

The Today’s Interns, Tomorrow’s Professionals (TIP) Internship Program at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston is a paid summer internship for high-achieving Boston Public Schools students. You will be placed in various departments across the Federal Reserve Bank, where you will gain exposure to financial markets, economic research, and corporate communications. High-performing interns may be selected for an extended year-round internship program.

Babson Summer Study is a three-week online program designed for high school students who want to develop an entrepreneurial mindset while gaining a broad understanding of leadership, marketing, finance, and business communication. You will participate in coursework focused on the United Nations Global Goals, applying business concepts to solve real-world challenges.
As a participant, you will benefit from Babson’s global entrepreneurial network. The program includes live daily classes (3 hours) and additional independent coursework (up to 5 hours per day). On successful completion you will earn 4 college credits from Babson College.
